On 12-13 October 2019, some 100 practitioners of Sahaja Yoga meditation came together for a fantastic long weekend of deep meditation, introspection and nature immersion. Convened in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan provice of Thailand, the retreat also allowed for the practice of a range of detox and clearing meditation techniques using natural elements (sea water footsoaking, earth meditation for example) and for sharing of inspiring experiences about the transformative power of Sahaja Yoga meditation. Thank you to all practitioners for those precious joy-filled moments and to the dedicated volunteers for the smooth organization of the weekend
With the practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation, which begins with the meditative experience of Self-Realization, a new level of awareness can gradually be developed and nurtured, to perceive energy or vibrations – beyond thoughts, feelings or instincts. This allows for the conscious awareness of the subtle energy that exists within us all, and a spontaneous connection with the inner mechanism by which it is governed.
